Gas Outdoor Fireplaces For All Year Round Comfort
My family loves to have gatherings at our home. The companionship of friends and family are important to us. Weekend barbecues are something that we all look forward to. My husband and I decided to extend this time of weekend community by purchasing an outdoor gas fireplace.

This will allow us to extend the season of outdoor fun by 3-5 weeks. For those of us who just like to be in the out-of-doors for any reason, we can snuggle close around the fireplace and listen to each other tell stories. We can watch the stars come out and imagine what we see on the surface of the sky.

During the first weekend with the outdoor fireplace, friends came over and we told stories-in-the-round. One person would begin the telling and another person would continue it when their turn came around. We all took our tasks as storytellers seriously, and the direction of the stories never ceased to impress me. Our group of friends have been together for nearly a decade. This is evident in the content development of our story telling. We are quite the group of friends and family. Having this time and sense of togetherness is a gift to pass on to future generations.
For my part, I enjoyed looking at the variety of styles in the outdoor gas fireplace. Some were made strictly of metal. Of these, many were oval in shape. Some had gas canisters that could be hidden from view, while others had gas canisters that were evident, but more easily accessible. Still, others were designed more artistically with inlaid carvings and multi-colored, tiled surfaces. Some looked like large outdoor ovens! There seemed to be a style for each individual. Also, the price ranges seemed to fit everyone’s budget. Many substantial outdoor fireplaces could be purchased for under $250. This lower end of the price range means that the vast majority of people who want one, will be able to afford their own outdoor gas fireplace and enjoy the serenity it can foster among friends and family. It is my hope that each family will develop their own traditions around their gatherings, snuggled up to their fireplaces.
